Peter Phillips

I am an experienced competitive intelligence analyst, with broad and deep understanding of the telecoms industry dynamics, competitive forces, market trends. I can apply my strong analytical skills, both verbal and numerical, to any industry context. I bring strategic thinking to every project, seeing the big picture with a questioning mindset.

I retired from full-time employment in 2022, after a career of nearly 40 years starting with Plessey, which became GPT, then Marconi and was acquired by Ericsson in 2006. After early roles in software development and market planning, I have been a competitive intelligence specialist since 1998.

I am also active in voluntary work: I am an enthusiastic advocate for families with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND), I chair a regional forum for adopters and special guardians, and I am an elder in a local church.
